Salmon Tomato Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlSalmon
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozTomatoes - cooked
1 tablespoon 15mlButter - melted
  Salt and pepper
1 3/4 cups 255g / 9ozBread crumbs - or
  Crumbs
1   Egg - well beaten

Recipe Instructions

Flake salmon. Remove bones. Combine salmon, tomatoes, crumbs, butter, and egg.

Season to taste.

Mix lightly with 2 forks. Pour into well- oiled baking dish. Form into loaf.

Bake in hot oven (425F) about 20 minutes.
