Salmon Tomato Loaf Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Salmon |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Tomatoes - cooked |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter - melted |
Salt and pepper | ||
1 3/4 cups | 255g / 9oz | Bread crumbs - or |
Crumbs | ||
1 | Egg - well beaten |
Flake salmon. Remove bones. Combine salmon, tomatoes, crumbs, butter, and egg.
Season to taste.
Mix lightly with 2 forks. Pour into well- oiled baking dish. Form into loaf.
Bake in hot oven (425F) about 20 minutes.
