| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry white wine |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh dill |
| 1 | Celery - cut up | |
| Cucumber Dill Sauce | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Plain lo-fat yogurt |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lite mayonnaise |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Seeded grated cucumber (small) |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - peeled and grated (small) |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Dry mustard |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Freshly chopped dill |
| 1 | Salt | |
| Pepper - black |
Place steaks in microwave safe dish with thick end to outside.
Add remaining ingredients on top of steaks.
Cover and nuke on high for 4-6 minutes.
Serve with cucumber-dill sauce.
For cucumber-dill sauce: combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until blended.
Pour into serving bowl; refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
