Salmon Steaks With Cucumber Dill Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2   Salmon steaks
1/4 cup 59mlDry white wine
1   Bay leaf
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh dill
1   Celery - cut up
  Cucumber Dill Sauce
1/4 cup 59mlPlain lo-fat yogurt
1/4 cup 59mlLite mayonnaise
1 cup 237mlSeeded grated cucumber (small)
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - peeled and grated (small)
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlDry mustard
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFreshly chopped dill
1   Salt
  Pepper - black

Recipe Instructions

Place steaks in microwave safe dish with thick end to outside.

Add remaining ingredients on top of steaks.

Cover and nuke on high for 4-6 minutes.

Serve with cucumber-dill sauce.

For cucumber-dill sauce: combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until blended.

Pour into serving bowl; refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
