Salmon Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Salmon | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Long grain rice |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Grated carrots |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Egg | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt and pepper |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
Put salmon and its juice in a bowl, remove skin and bones. Add rice and onions, egg salt and pepper.
Mix well and form into small balls.
Put in greased casserole leaving space for expansion.
Mix the soup and water and pour over the balls.
Cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
