Polynesian Sea Steaks

Recipe Ingredients

4   Fresh or frozen fish steaks - - about 3/4 inch thick
  (thawed - if frozen)
1/2 cup 118mlKikkoman teriyaki sauce
2   Green onions and tops - - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlVegetable oil
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGrated orange rind

Recipe Instructions

Place fish steaks in single layer in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish.

Turn fish over to coat both sides. Marinate 45 minutes, turning fish over occasionally. Remove fish; reserve marinade.

Broil 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Brush frequently with reserved marinade.
