4 | Fresh or frozen fish steaks - - about 3/4 inch thick | |
(thawed - if frozen) | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Kikkoman teriyaki sauce |
2 | Green onions and tops - - chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced fresh ginger root |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Grated orange rind |
Place fish steaks in single layer in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish.
Turn fish over to coat both sides. Marinate 45 minutes, turning fish over occasionally. Remove fish; reserve marinade.
Broil 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Brush frequently with reserved marinade.
