1 | Salmon - drained and (16-oz) | |
Flaked | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Dry bread crumbs |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Chopped celery |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green pepper |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Cucumber sauce |
Combine ingredients except Cucumber sauce (below); mix lightly.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
