Marinated Catfish Recipe - Cooking Index

Melted butter - or margarine | ||
Lemon Marinade | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped onion |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt substitute - (Mrs. Dash) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco sauce |
Italian Marinade | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Italian dressing - (regular or diet) |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Wine Marinade | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dry white wine |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
1 | Lemon - thinly sliced |
Combine ingredients from one of the recipes. Marinate fillets 1-2 hours turning occasionally.
Broil fillets until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste with marinade and/or melted margarine.
Broil 6-8" from heat for 5 minutes.
