Lemon-Broiled Scallops Recipe - Cooking Index
12 oz | 340g | Scallops |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Reduced calorie margarine |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried basil |
Preheat broiler. Place scallops in shallow baking dish. Melt margarine, combine with remaining ingredients.
Baste scallops with half of this mixture. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn scallops, baste with remaining sauce and broil 5 more minutes or until done.
