Lemon-Broiled Scallops

Recipe Ingredients

12 oz 340gScallops
2 tablespoons 30mlReduced calorie margarine
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlWorcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried basil

Recipe Instructions

Preheat broiler. Place scallops in shallow baking dish. Melt margarine, combine with remaining ingredients.

Baste scallops with half of this mixture. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes.

Turn scallops, baste with remaining sauce and broil 5 more minutes or until done.
