2 | Skinless boneless chicken breasts | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Corn starch |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Oregano |
1 | Garlic - crushed | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Reduced sodium soy sauce |
3/4 cup | 177ml | White wine |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sunflower seeds |
Pierce chicken breasts with a fork. Arrange in a 3-quart casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, except the sunflower seeds. Pour the liquid mixture over the chicken. Cover and microwave on high for about 10 minutes or until done. Before serving, top each breast with sunflower seeds.
