Fried Crab Cakes Recipe - Cooking Index

1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Melted butter - bread crumbs (1/2 to |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Butter or oil |
1 | Lemon - cut into wedges for |
combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently.
Shape into 6 cakes. Heat butter or oil.
Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
