Fish Fillets Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Fish fillets - (any kind) |
1 | Butter | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Curry powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Mrs. Dash |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chicken bullion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
Put fillets in microwave safe baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, assorted spices, and bullion. Place butter on top of fillets, so it will melt over them.
Add a little water, cover with plastic wrap and punch with holes. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until fish will flake with a fork.
