Fillet Of Fish A L'orange

Recipe Ingredients

6   Chopped green onions (small)
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozFresh mushrooms - sliced
1 lb 454g / 16ozFlounder
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried whole Italian seasoning mix
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSoy sauce
1/2 cup 118mlWhite wine
1/4 cup 59mlOrange juice
3 tablespoons 45mlCuracao liqueur
1   Paprika
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced parsley

Recipe Instructions

Layer half of each of green onions and mushrooms in a greased 9-inch baking dish.

Add fish, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. add remaining onions and mushrooms.

Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients, pour over vegetables and fish.

Cover and bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until fish is opaque. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
