6 | Chopped green onions (small) | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Fresh mushrooms - sliced |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Flounder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt and pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried whole Italian seasoning mix |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White wine |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Curacao liqueur |
1 | Paprika | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced parsley |
Layer half of each of green onions and mushrooms in a greased 9-inch baking dish.
Add fish, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. add remaining onions and mushrooms.
Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients, pour over vegetables and fish.
Cover and bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until fish is opaque. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
