Easy Mini-Salmon Burgers Recipe - Cooking Index
7 1/2 oz | 213g | Salmon - canned |
4 oz | 113g | Saltines - finely crushed |
1 | Onion - finely diced | |
1 | Egg | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dill |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Pepper |
Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.
Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.
Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers.
Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
