Easy Mini-Salmon Burgers

Serves: 2 people

Recipe Ingredients

7 1/2 oz 213gSalmon - canned
4 oz 113gSaltines - finely crushed
1   Onion - finely diced
1   Egg
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
2 teaspoons 10mlDill
2 teaspoons 10mlPepper

Recipe Instructions

Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.

Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.

Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.

Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers.

Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
