Crustless Crab Quiche Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Alaska snow crab-frozen |
4 | Bacon | |
3 | Eggs | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Bisquick |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Melted butter |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt - dash pepper |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded Swiss cheese |
Defrost and slice crab meat, save 2 T of crab meat liquid- or use canned ham. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Beat together-eggs, Bisquick, butter, milk, salt, pepper, and 2 T of crabmeat liquid, until smooth.
Pour into 9" pie plate. Sprinkle crab, cheese and bacon over top, pressing down gently. Bake 350F for 35-40 minutes.
