Crab Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crabmeat | 
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | White sauce | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco | 
| 2 | Eggs - separated and beaten | |
| Parsley or green pepper | ||
| Salt/pepper to taste | 
Separate the eggs. Add beaten yolks to white sauce.
Mix all ingredients and fold in egg whites.
Bake in 375F oven until brown, about 20 minutes.
