1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crabmeat |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cracker meal |
1 | Cayenne pepper | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
Garlic to taste |
Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes. Saute in butter.
