Broiled Salmon With Lime and Cilantro Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Cilantro leaves - finely chopped |
1 | Garlic clove - lg, fine chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
4 | Salmon steaks - 3/4" thick |
1. Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, oil and salt in bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Pour remainder over fish on plate. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes.
2. Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon on rack. Brush with 1 tablespoons marinade.
3. Broil 6" from heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks over. Brush with remaining tablespoon marinade. Broil 3 more minutes or until cooked through.
