Beef and Scallop Saute

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlPeanut oil
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced garlic
1 lb 454g / 16ozBeef cut for stir-fry
1   Red pepper flakes
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozSea scallops
1   Red pepper flakes
1 1/4 cups 78g / 2.8ozSliced green onion
1 tablespoon 15mlWater
1   Fresh ginger
1   White pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Heat oil in wok or large skillet until almost smoking. Add garlic and beef, then scallops, and stir-fry about 30 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry beef and scallops another 20 to 30 seconds.
