Beef and Scallop Saute Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Peanut oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef cut for stir-fry |
1 | Red pepper flakes | |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Sea scallops |
1 | Red pepper flakes | |
1 1/4 cups | 78g / 2.8oz | Sliced green onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Water |
1 | Fresh ginger | |
1 | White pepper | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Heat oil in wok or large skillet until almost smoking. Add garlic and beef, then scallops, and stir-fry about 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry beef and scallops another 20 to 30 seconds.
