Basic Best Salmon Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

15 1/2 oz 440gCanned Alaska salmon
2 cups 292g / 10ozSoft bread crumbs
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozFinely minced onions
1/4 cup 59mlMilk
2   Eggs
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped parsley
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDill weed
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlBlack pepper

Recipe Instructions

Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients.

Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
