Baked Sea Scallops Recipe - Cooking Index
12 oz | 340g | Sea scallops |
4 oz | 113g | Butter - melted |
1 oz | 28g | Sherry |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh bread crumbs |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Slice scallops in half and place in a buttered casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine butter, sherry and crumbs. Pour over scallops. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
