Baked Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Pan fish fillets - (perch, trout, whitefish) |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dill weed |
Place fish in a 10 inch pie plate that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dill. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
