1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Extra-lean ground beef |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Canned tomatoes |
4 cups | 640g / 22oz | Red kidney beans |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Chili powder |
Fat-free sour cream - for topping | ||
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Chopped celery |
Saute onions and hamburger until cooked. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the celery. Cover and cook for one hour, adding the celery during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Top each serving with two tablespoons fat-free sour cream.
