Art's Mock Crabmeat Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - diced |
1 | Green pepper - diced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
6 | Hard-boiled eggs - chopped | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Mock crabmeat |
Paprika |
Combine all ingredients, except paprika. Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
