Cheesy Pasta Hotdish Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Yolkless egg noodles - (1/2 lb) |
2 | Water | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Diet margarine - melted |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |
In a large pot, boil water. Add the pasta and cook until tender (al dente) -- about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain it.
In a large heated bowl, place the paprika, melted margarine and parmesan cheese. Toss the noodles in this mixture (like a salad). Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 4 (1-cup) servings.
