One-Pan Potatoes And Chicken Dijon

Recipe Ingredients

4 oz 113gPotatoes sliced 1/4" thick (medium)
1 lb 454g / 16ozChicken breasts 1/2"thick
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
1/4 cup 59mlHoney-Dijon Bbq sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlDried tarragon

Recipe Instructions

Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes.

Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add BBQ sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through.
