One-Pan Potatoes And Chicken Dijon Recipe - Cooking Index
4 oz | 113g | Potatoes sliced 1/4" thick (medium) |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Chicken breasts 1/2"thick |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey-Dijon Bbq sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried tarragon |
Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes.
Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add BBQ sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through.
