Garden Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Water |
2 cups | 474ml | Tomato juice |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Potato - peeled chopped |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Lima beans |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Chicken - chopped cooked |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Carrots - sliced |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chicken bouillon granules - flavored |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot.
