Garden Chicken Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Best foods light or reduced - fat mayonnaise dress |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Low fat milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green onions |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon peel - (opt) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
6 cups | 1422ml | Cut-up fresh vegetables |
Lettuce leaves to line - platter | ||
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless - skinless chicken |
Grilled and sliced |
To make dressing, in small bowl combine first 7 ingredients. In large bowl, toss vegetables with half of dressing, arrange on lettuce-lined platter. Top with chicken.
Serve with remaining dressing.
