8 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pepper - white, ground |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Coriander - chopped fine |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coriander - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red chili flakes |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Chicken drumsticks |
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, coating the drumsticks on all surfaces.
Marinate 30 minutes or better yet, overnight in the refrigerator.
Barbecue over moderate charcoal fire for 30 minutes or until well-cooked on both sides. Serve with Nam Prik Dang.
