1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive or vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice or vinegar |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken - breast halves |
In non aluminum baking dish, blend first four ingredients; add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight. On a broiler pan or grill lined with foil sprayed with no stick cooking spray, arrange chicken, pour 1/2 of marinade over chicken.
Grill or broil, turning once and pouring remaining marinade over chicken, until done.
