French Country Potato Salad With Turkey Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Frozen French cut green - beans | |
1 | Baking potato - (about 1/2 lb), cut (large) into 2 1/2x1/2x1 | |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
4 oz | 113g | Cooked turkey breast - cut |
2 | / x1/2x1/2 inch - ¥strips (3/4 cup) | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried sage |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Chicken flavor bouillon |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Prepared low cal Italian - salad dressing |
1. Cook green beans according to directions; drain.
2. In a large non-stick skillet, combine the potato strips and 3/4 cup of the water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Add remaining 1/4 cup water, turkey, parsley, basil, sage, and bouillon; cook until thoroughly heater. Stir in cooked green beans.
Place on serving platter and drizzle with salad dressing. Serve immediately.
