Artichoke Heart Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
2 | Water-packed artichoke hearts - drained | |
1 pinch | Garlic powder | |
Paprika - for garnish |
Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together except paprika. Put into a baking dish and sprinkle paprika on top for color.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or baguette thins. People usually rave about this one!
