Artichoke Dip Appetizer Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
12 oz | 340g | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 | Onion - finely chopped | |
2 | Garlic cloves - finely chopped | |
2 | Marinated artichoke hearts - well drained | |
2 | Pita bread |
Tear artichokes apart with your fingers. Cut up pita bread into chip size triangles, separate and bake on a cookie sheet until crispy (approximately 5 minutes).
Combine all other ingredients and mash (a KitchenAid mixer works great). Bake in a uncovered casserole dish for about 30 minutes at 350F or until bubbly. Serve hot out of the oven and scoop up dip with pita bread.
