Artichoke Dip - Dipancrazio Recipe - Cooking Index
1 packet | Artichoke hearts | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmiggiano cheese |
1 | Garlic clove - (1-2 cloves) | |
2 | Cayenne pepper - (to taste) | |
1 splash | Lemon juice | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Put the artichoke hearts in a food processor until they are cut up into small pieces. Then add crushed garlic, mayo, cheese, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a microwaveable dish and microwave on High for 5 minutes. When done, stir and serve with Tortilla chips or vegetables. If you don't have a microwave, you can put it into a 350F oven for 10 minutes.
