Artichoke Dip - Dipancrazio

Recipe Ingredients

1 packet  Artichoke hearts
1 cup 237mlMayonnaise
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozParmiggiano cheese
1   Garlic clove - (1-2 cloves)
2   Cayenne pepper - (to taste)
1 splash  Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Put the artichoke hearts in a food processor until they are cut up into small pieces. Then add crushed garlic, mayo, cheese, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a microwaveable dish and microwave on High for 5 minutes. When done, stir and serve with Tortilla chips or vegetables. If you don't have a microwave, you can put it into a 350F oven for 10 minutes.
