2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine or butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - chopped (about 1/4 (small) |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cut-up cooked chicken |
1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Raisins |
1 cup | 237ml | Unpared red apple - coarsely (small) |
1 | Condensed - cream of chicken-soup (10 3/4 ounces) | |
1 | Soup can water | |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Hot cooked rice - chopped peanuts, if |
Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and peanuts.
Cook, stirring occasionally until hot.
Serve over rice. Sprinkle with peanuts.
