1 | Pgk frozen broccoli - (10oz.) | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chopped celery |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Wild rice |
4 | Chick breast--chopped/cooked | |
1 | Cream of chicken coup | |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
1 | Cheez-whiz |
Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions, adding onion and celery while cooking. Drain. Cook rice according to pkg. directions. Cook chicken breasts in salted water. Cook, bone, and chop chicken. In a large casserole, place the rice in layer, next the chicken, and then the broccoli. Mix soups together and pour over the chicken. Drop the cheese spread by spoonfuls over the top.
Bake at 350F. for 40 minutes
