Artichoke Chili Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 packet | Artichoke hearts - drained and chopped | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 | Green chili peppers - chopped (4-oz) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
Tortilla chips for dipping In a small mixing bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers and mayonnaise. Transfer mixture to an 8 inch round baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350F oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
