Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||

1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onions |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 | Peach slices - drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parmesan cheese |
Season chicken with salt and pepper; saute onion and garlic in butter; stir in paprika and coat chicken in mixture; put in greased shallow pan; cover loosely with foil and bake at 375F for 20 minutes; arrange peaches next to chicken; mix sour cream and mayonnaise and spoon all over; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; put pan in broiler and broil about six minutes or until richly flecked with brown.
