4 | Eggs - , beaten (large) | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cheddar cheese - , grated |
1 | Marinated artichokes - cut up | |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
1 splash | Tabasco sauce | |
3 | Green onions - chopped fine (medium) | |
6 | Soda crackers - crushed | |
1 | Garlic clove - crushed |
Saute onions and garlic in artichoke oil; drain. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Can be baked, frozen and reheated.
