Artichoke Appetizer - 1

Serves: 12 people

Recipe Ingredients

4   Eggs - , beaten (large)
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozCheddar cheese - , grated
1   Marinated artichokes - cut up
  Salt and pepper - to taste
1 splash  Tabasco sauce
3   Green onions - chopped fine (medium)
6   Soda crackers - crushed
1   Garlic clove - crushed

Recipe Instructions

Saute onions and garlic in artichoke oil; drain. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Can be baked, frozen and reheated.
