Donna German's Turkey Stuffing

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozCelery - chopped
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozOnion - chopped
3 tablespoons 45mlButter or margarine
3 1/2 cups 829mlCubed or crumbed bread - use
  Turkey stuffing bread - (recipe)
3/4 cup 177mlChicken or turkey broth
1/4 cup 59mlWalnuts - (optional)
  Salt - to taste
  Pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Saute celery and onion in the butter/margarine until soft; toss with bread in a bowl. Add warmed broth and season and mix until well blended. Stuff bird or bake in a covered casserole at 350 F. for 20 minutes.
