3/4 cup | 177ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Horseradish |
6 | Chicken breast halves |
Mix these ingredients in a bowl and brush it on Chicken breasts. Broil or grill the chicken breasts until done. Spread the Japonica on a platter as a bed for the Chicken breasts arrange the chicken breasts on the Japonica and garnish with sliced orange.
