Curry Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
Chicken breast - boned, skinned | ||
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Bell pepper - chopped or slice |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Red pepper - chopped or sliced |
Green onions - sliced | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Curry - more-less, to taste |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Turmeric |
Red apple - cored-sliced | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients.
Cover tightly and cook in preheated oven at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes.
