Curried Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index

Rub | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Wine vinegar |
1 | Salt | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Curry powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
Mix all rub ingredients in a glass bowl. Rub the curry mixture onto the outside of each chicken wing.
Grill over indirect low heat until wings are done, about 2 hours. Or bake in oven at 250F for 2 hours.
