Crustless Potato Quiche Recipe - Cooking Index
5 | Eggs - beaten | |
3 cups | 711ml | Frozen hash-brown potatoes - from 26 oz pkg, thaw |
4 oz | 113g | Shredded cheddar - (1 cup) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cottage cheese |
1 | Green onion - chopped | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Seasoned pepper |
1 | Hot pepper sauce | |
1 | Paprika | |
6 | Turkey bacon - crisp, crumbled |
Heat oven to 350F. Crease a 9 inch pie pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except paprika and bacon. Mix well. Pour into greased pan, sprinkle with paprika.
