Crockpot Cornish

Recipe Ingredients

2		Cornish game hen
1		Pecan rice
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Water
		Salt and pepper

Recipe Instructions

Place rice and water in crock pot; stir well. Place Cornish hens on top of rice; add salt and pepper. Cook over low setting 6 hours.
