3 tablespoons | 45ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely crushed saltines or butter - flavored |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cooking oil |
Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness with mallet or edge of sauces. Beat egg in a shallow bowl. Combine Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs in another bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with crumb mixture. Heat oil in skillet; cook chicken for two to three minutes per side or until juices run clear.
