Crispy Chicken Tenders Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | All-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Poultry seasoning |
2/3 teaspoon | 3.3ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 | Pepper | |
1 | Egg | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Milk |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Chicken tenders |
Cooking oil |
Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and shake off excess.
Shake a few chicken pieces in the bag at a time, coating well. In a large skillet, heat 1/4 in. of oil over high heat; brown chicken on all sides. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
