1 | Tomato paste - (6 ounces) | |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Ham - cubed |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Hot pepper sauce | ||
(a few drops or to taste | ||
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Smoked sausage - sliced |
3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Cooked rice |
In the crockpot, combine the chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, ham, salt, and pepper sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Turn control to high and add sausage and cooked rice.
Cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes.
