1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Cooked ham - about 3/4 cup |
Cubed | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Several drops of bottled hot | ||
Pepper sauce | ||
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Smoked or polish sausage -- |
Sliced | ||
3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Cooked rice |
In slow-cooking pot, combine chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, ham, salt and pepper sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Turn control to high. Add sausage and cooked rice. cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes.
