| 3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Diced nectarines |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Thinly sliced celery |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced green onion |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange - (about 1/3 cup) , (medium) juice of |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - or to taste |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Fresh ground pepper |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Heavy cream - whipped stiff |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
| Crisp greens | ||
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped walnuts |
In a large bowl, combine chicken, nectarines, celery, onion, orange juice, salt and pepper; set aside. Lightly combine whipped cream and mayonnaise and then fold into chicken mixture just to coat.
Spoon onto plates or bowls lined with greens. Sprinkle with walnuts.
