Creamy Chicken Quiche

Recipe Ingredients

  Pastry
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter - (or marg.), 1 stick
1 1/4 cups 78g / 2.8ozFlour
1/4 cup 59mlParmesan - grated
1 teaspoon 5mlPaprika
2 tablespoons 30mlCold water
  Filling
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter - (or marg.), 1 stick
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozMushrooms - sliced
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozChicken; cooked - diced
1   Green onion bunch - chopped
3   Eggs
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 1/2 cups 355mlLight cream
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozSwiss cheese - grated

Recipe Instructions

Pastry: Use all the ingredients to make a 10 inch pie crust. Bake 5 minutes ate 400 degrees. Cool.

Filling: Saute mushrooms in butter. Add chicken and green onions.

Saute five minutes. Add to pie shell. Blend eggs, salt and cream together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
