Congressional Bean Soup (Crockpot) Recipe - Cooking Index

8 cups | 1896ml | Water |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Ham - diced |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - diced |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 | Bay leaf |
Assemble ingredients in Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beans are tender.
